Information you provide

Estimate requests may include contact information, project details, service location, scheduling preferences, and optional project photos.

Project photos

Photos submitted with a request are private project information used to evaluate the requested service. Submitting a photo does not grant permission to use it publicly or for marketing.

Retention and deletion

Estimate requests and attached project photos are normally retained for up to 12 months, then deleted. Information may be kept longer when needed for an active job, accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or a legal obligation. A verified deletion request may be sent to service@mrfikzit.com; deletion will be completed where practical and legally permitted.

Analytics

The site is designed to measure general interactions without sending full addresses, project descriptions, photos, or email addresses to analytics tools.
